Housing Market Recovers, Home Buyers Ecstatic

Does anyone else find this ‘Where Home Prices are Rising’ forecast that’s being promoted on Yahoo a little odd? But then I guess that’s the way the mainstream media works. They tell us how it’s “going” to be in the hopes we can collectively make it so.

There are neighborhoods in many cities around the U.S. who have not seen the massive number of foreclosures that places like Las Vegas and Phoenix have been experiencing. Those stable neighborhoods may be your key to buying a home right now. However, don’t allow yourself to be lulled into a false sense of security just yet.
